Dr. Eggerichs has authored several books, including Love and Respect in the Family, Mother & Son: The Respect Effect and the national bestseller Love and Respect, which is a New York Times bestseller, Platinum and Book of the Year award winner, and sold over 2.1 million copies. He released a new book on communication in the digital age called, Before You Hit Send: Preventing Headache and Heartache, in the summer of 2017. His latest book is The 4 Wills of God: The Way He Directs Our Steps and Frees Us To Direct Our Own. Emerson and his wife Sarah live in Grand Rapids, MI and have three adult children. He is the Founder and President of Love and Respect Ministries.
