Hosting a Love and Respect Video Conference

Thanks again for considering our Video Conference option! Here is a list of what you need to host a successful video event:

• Passion to get the word out to your church and community
• Full support of the senior pastor or group leader and staff
• A venue with quality sound and projection equipment
• A point person to direct the promotional efforts and oversee the actual event details
• A point person to follow up with attendees that request more info after the event

The Financial Parameters of Hosting a Video Conference

Because Emerson was a senior pastor for almost 20 years, we know one of the biggest concerns in hosting any conference is "how much is this going to cost?" We designed the Love and Respect Video Conference Kit to limit the financial risk as much as possible for the host church or organization.

This is how it works:

The new Love and Respect Conference Kit features a brand new HD recording of our live conference along with new conference notebooks.

Our team will provide the national promotion campaign, the registration/ticketing process via our website, print materials, digital ads, promotional support and consignment sales at larger video locations.

Cost to Attend

The Video Conference is only $15 per person. We love being able to offer this amazing, life-changing 2-day event for less than the price of an average date night to the movies! We are even more excited to be able to keep the out-of-pocket expense for the host church or organization so low!

Cost to the Church

The financial commitment for the promoter/host is to simply guarantee a minimum of 40 paid registrations. If your group does not get 40 paid registrations, you would owe the difference between the total registrations and $600. For example, if 30 registered at $15 the total would be $450, so an additional $150 would be payable to Love and Respect.

Other expenses to the church include your venue and any in house printing or promotions you choose to do and any snacks or meals you provide. To help offset those costs, starting with the 41st paid registration, Love and Respect will give a $5 rebate per registration back to the church.

Cost for Staff

We truly want to serve your team well, so we also offer one complimentary admission for every 10 advance registrations. For example, if you have 40 paid registrations, you would receive 4 guest tickets, or 100 paid registrations equals 10 guest tickets and so on.

The final item with regards to the financial commitment is the ongoing use of the DVD's, which will be yours to keep. We know that in this day of DVD burners and high-speed copiers, it is hard to keep track of what is fair with regards to financial and use rights for DVD based programs. Our goal is to take this message to the world and help as many people as we can, which is an exciting but expensive endeavor. We have set up what we believe to be a win-win protocol where you are allowed to use the DVD's as many times as you like, but we ask that you continue to run any video conferences through us. Also, we ask that you purchase the conference notebooks for each session you offer or for each person who views the DVD. This win-win financial arrangement allows us to continue to do all we can to take this message to the world and provides each individual with a valuable resource to enhance their understanding and application of the Love and Respect principles.
