Thanks for your interest in hosting a Live Love and Respect conference. We look forward to hearing how we can best serve your group.

Because we are only able to do 10-12 live events per year, we have set up the following guidelines so we can maximize our live conferences.

To book a live conference you need:

1. A venue that can hold 2000+ adults
2. Full support of the senior pastor and staff
3. Professional sound and video projection
4. Passion to get the word out to your community
5. Permission for Emerson to give a set-up message at your weekend services (6-8 weeks before the conference)
6. A point person to direct your in-house promotions
7. A volunteer team to help facilitate the conference weekend (normally 50-75 people)

Because Emerson was a senior pastor for almost 20 years, he knows one of the main concerns is always "how much will it cost the church?"  With that in mind, we have created a great partnership that allows the church to cover all the hosting expenses through a pro-rating ticket split that kicks in after 1,000 paid registrations.

Our Conference Team includes a Marketing Department to promote the event throughout the region. The Love and Respect Conference Directors will partner with your staff and volunteer team to help with all the critical details that ensure an outstanding event. Our team will provide online registration, media promotions, and all travel and lodging expenses. We also provide resources for purchase at the conference and will provide one conference workbook per attendee.
